I am not against wind power. The biggest part of the joke with this project is that it will *only*(!?!) cost the taxpayer $7.9 million over two years. Bull^%!$. The story magically hides the contents of maintenance agreement or lack thereof. The U or City of Rosemount will go back to the Federal government after two years for more of our tax money with their hand out calling 'However shall we pay for the maintenance of this facility?' or 'We need further research - give us a grant' They never think about the next step by planning with thier own money.
