I saw the piece done about Ed on the ESPY's and have to say that it was inspiring. It's so nice to see someone get the honor they deserve. Only wish he'd been alive to receive it himself.

My hometown is Parkersburg, Iowa. Although I never met Coach Thomas, he & his family are truly inspirations. I am so proud of the people of my hometown after the 2008 tornado and the murder of Coach. They have pulled together during difficult times.
