the debt collectors listed have thousands of cases filed against them in the federal District courts for violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act of 1977 (FDCPA). They must be making so much profit the can see this as a "cost of doing business." Such blatant and willful violations of the federal law should result in having licenses to collect revoked, but this doesn't happen. The fines levied by the Minnesota Commerce Department apparently mean nothing to them. Where are our repre
