This is totally wrong. Many races have been fighting for decades on the equal rights issue. All races' should be treated equally.

I fully support the tribes in trying to take back some of what is rightfully theirs (rights and land). Good luck! I hope your protest leads to changes that respect the treaties and other rights you deserve.

You really think the tribes can manage and conserve a fish population?

Remember - liberals believe that the constitution is a living document and cam change as the wind blows to suit their ideology.

And yet, they think that treaties need to be respected.

I say - respect the constitution and respect the treaties - you liberals want it both ways.

Casinos also. And equal rights to not restocking what they choose to net dry.

the state needs to get into the gambling business. This could help offset many costs including the legal fees from this matter. Is this not fair?

People need to realize that this land was inhabited by American Indians, until europeans invaded America and exterminated nearly the entire race. Give natives some respect. Natives need to be encouraged and supported to succeed in life. Additionally, native culture needs to be accepted by non-natives; Natives have assimilated enough over the past few centuries, let natives fish and hunt, and promote the preservation of native languages, so native culture can surivive.
