The place to eat near Target Field? That's simple. It's the restaurant with the name that's Latin for flavor.

Location may be near Taget Field, but subpar service and hit or miss food wont attract a baseball crowd. Once again, good try Nelson.

Sapor has been wonderful the times I've dined there. I'm glad they've survived so long and that the neighborhood has developed in recent years. Really a "hidden" treasure!

And one of the top 3 in the cities. It's always consistently had perfectly prepared food and the service is top notch. I really can't say enough good things about this place. NEVER been let down there, even if it's just for dollar appetizers and mojitos on the deck after work.

Seriously, it's that good. Go there. I compel you.

One of these is not like the other. I think Big Bird said it best when he puked!

Nice free advertisement for Sapor. How many free meals did Rick Nelson get for this piece of journalsim?

Sorry, I have found sapor to be over priced and not up to some of the better dining in the Twin Cities.

I can assure you that Rick Nelson has received no free meals dining at Sapor. I have personally dropped off his check and received payment when he has dined with us. --Member of the waitstaff

It is not among only a few within 4 block walk of the Field by far... that was a restaurant and entertainment district for long before Target Field. Anyway... I just can't wait for Haute Dish to open at 2nd and Washington. They shall reign supreme.

What is your issue? I am tired of anonymous posters accusing Rick of unethical behaviour. If you don't like his writing or his reviews, don't read them.
