Darby was convicted of drunken driving in 1998, 2001 and 2004 and of driving after license cancellation in 2006 and 2007.

If she is, why? People who don't have licenses should not be owning cars.

Sounds like she could use some lock-up time, or put on an island with others who drink like her with all the alcohol they can possibly ingest and keep the rest of us a tiny bit safer on the roads. And the texters, and the tailgaters too.
