Ah... No... Been Loyal To NW not Delta. After Delta continues to pull jobs from the state, I would expect that loyalty to flow South too.... After 20+ years flying NW for our spring trip to Florida, it Sun Country this year!

frequent flyer miles is the biggest reason for the loyalty. The program is now over-cooked, making it very difficult to redeem miles these days. The bubble is about to pop for the Delta's of the skies. Smart people dropped the airline frequent flier credit card a couple of years ago. Personally, I switched to a hotel loyalty credit card; I take the least expensive flight and get my hotel for free.

At least Delta will use the maintenance bases that you and I funded on the Iron Range. Not to mention that NWA was all over Airbus planes. If they were the best, that's ok. Once again, France thanks you and me.

My ticket to Boston was 300 bucks today, which I still see as high. Delta was $335 plus $20 dollars for the first checked bag each way. This will be my first trip on Southwest. Compared to other hub cities, this city is very expensive to fly in and out of. O'Hare to Boston is $200. There is not much airline competition at MSP, and this airport needs more airlines to bring down the prices of tickets. Hope that happens soon.

I love that Southwest is here! I love being able to take long weekends to Chicago! That was not an option just over a year ago at $300 a pop.

With all the Minnesotans transplanted to Arizona Southwest could add ten non-stop flights a day and pack the planes. Phoenix now please!

Glad to see high-speed efficient service already exists to Chicago. And for only $69 each way. I keep reading stories on here about choo-choos that keep claiming otherwise.
