Hofstede's work faulted by colleagues and constituents alike

After two activist council members, some in Minneapolis' Third Ward complain Hofstede is aloof. Colleagues say she's indecisive and disorganized.

she doesn't have anything on the bully Lisa Goodman. A recent city page article had a hard time getting people to talk because they are afraid of her. You are either with her...or she is against you! Which is what I suspect is why some council members call her the weak link.
