Just another Mystic Lake (mistake lake) trust fund baby living by their own rules. It's common place in Prior Lake and Shakopee. I am sure that Wesley's Native American forefathers are gleaming with pride. It's pathetic that our legal system lets these repeat offenders continue with their blatant disregard for the law and other citizen's safety. It's time to set an example and lock this loser up and throw away the key.

Yep, a limit of .07 is not low enough. The current limit is not getting enough social drinkers off the road. .......................................................................................................................................................................... How many days did this idiot spend in jail for all of them? .......................................................................................................................................................................... How about laws that say: - - - - - 2nd or greater DUI in 5 years gives you a year for each one OR three times that with an alcohol meter on your car. Your record is cleared after 5 plus number of DUIs in years of clean record. License to be suspended except for use of interlock equipped vehicle. - - - - - - Driving with a suspended license, loss of vehicle and 6 months in jail per offense in the last 10 years. If it was someone else's vehicle, they get the choice of loosing it or proving that you stole it.

and if any maker's car detects that chip in a front seat, it won't start. that's the only way to get a handle on the repeat dont-care drunk drivers.

The guy drives a 2009 Audi and managed to post a $40,000 bond? Jesus christ. Throw him in jail already.

People are against casinos because of the negative social consequences that gamblers face. Well maybe we should focus on the negative social consequences that are caused when someone gets a 6 figure annual salary for doing absolutely nothing. I'm not saying I have a problem with casinos but I do have a problem with letting native americans have them to repay some sort of debt. Why don't african americans get casinos too? Its way beyond time for native americans to integrate in with the rest of us and have their special privileges taken away.

Native Americans have some serious alcohol issues, but I believe that we came here, brutally murdered them, stole everything they owned, desecrated their burial grounds, forced them to conform to our ways and shipped them off to undesirable plots of land. I think we owe them a few more years before we go and repeat what we did and force them to give up their land, conform to our laws and accept our way of life...again.
