I found D13:U not as entertaining as the first film, but still very enjoyable. It's not for thinking, that's for certain. But it's certainly entertaining and very very fun!

The stairwell scene from District B-13 was one of the best action scenes in the history of cinema. If you haven't seen it, go search youtube.
