I'm am a regular at the Loring Kitchen and Bar and cannot get enough. The restaurant has the energy of an NYC bistro. The views are phenomenal and, when the snow's gone, the access to the bar from Loring Park reminds me of swimming up to a pool bar at a resort. The food is even better than Rick described and the chef's specials keep the menu fresh. Best of all, you can have a great meal for much less than you'd expect to pay for such a great dining and drinking experience.

but the review sounds fair: strong points are pointed out and the criticisms are specific and constructive.
