When I was volunteering for the Kek club in the mid 1990s, we spent a couple of weekends carrying around an enormous antenna and GPS unit. I would think route would be available somewhere.

Please expose the truth that Al Franken and other so-called progressives ignore. The BWCA will be forever diminished by water pollution and noise pollution from some mining operations that have yet to begun and could still be stopped, such as the PolyMet mine proposal by a company that isn't even from MN or even from the USA that will take our precious metals provide a few temporary jobs for a few years, and leave us with un-ending unstoppable pollution that will leach into lakes and rivers and ground water and Lake Superior and lakes in the BWCA forever, FOREVER! It doesn't add up economically or environmentally. Let's see let some foreigners take our precious metals and let them pollute our finest gem of wilderness that helps provide much of the $9 billion annual lake-based tourism revenue in MN. Oh and the jobs won't last, oh and we will pay taxes forever to clean up a mess that can never really be cleaned up because it will require perpetual water treatment. And that's if we even clean it up. If policies like the unallotment of governor hockey puck brain continue then it would never get cleaned up at all. There's time to stop this. Please get involved!

I searched for GPS waypoints through Google and but came up with nothing. I did record some during our hike if anyone is interested. -Tim Colburn
