What do you get a cook who has everything? Well, that's the thing about cooks. They can't have everything, because there is always something new -- especially cookbooks. Local writers provide a varied taste of Minnesota- and beyond.

Just to point out that the site James Norton is the editor of is heavytable.com, with just one period there. My opinion is biased but I will attest that the Cheesemakers of Wisconsin is a fantastic book.
