At 10 AM I was in the Live Nation system for 6 tickets. None. Tried for 4 tickets. None. Tried for 2 tickets. None. at 10:04 I was shut out for even 2 tickets???? Something is horribly wrong with a process that caters to everyone but the fans themselves. I thought it was a poor idea to partner with the U to begin with and this confirms my instincts.

There are plenty of tickets available on auction sites at about 4-5 times face value. Ticketmaster is a complete scam and should be shut down!

Took a chance and went for 4 right at 10am - and got them! Couldn't believe it! I knew goin for 6 or 8 wasn't going to happen.

Immediately at 10 am no tickets were available through Live Nation's conventional channels, but were available through ticket brokers and auction sites. The system is corrupt.

Speaking of 4-5 times face value and immediate sell-out with plenty of tickets available through legal scalping businesses, does anyone remember when Minnesota was planning to legalize scalping and all the media outlets ran articles heavily spun by lobbyists suggesting that ordinary ticket buyers might actually end up saving money through legalized scalping. I'm just wondering if anyone out there has seen those "savings" yet?

Like waldo09 stated...what a scam. The ticket brokers will clean up. Why is this allowed ? Isn't this worse than regular ticket scalping ?

Require that ALL tickets be purchased LIVE IN PERSON with a limit of 4 each.

....that buying concert tickets became nearly impossible (and if were got lucky, you would end up with bad seats) right about the time they legalized ticket scalping in Minnesota? Now, instead of paying face value to go to a show, we get to pay hundreds of dollars. Per ticket. Hmmmm....remind me to send flowers to our legistlators to thank them for all they do for us.
