Google AT&T MMS press releases. I found 1 dated June 11th 2009 that stated MMS Service will be available Sept 25th 2009. This law suit has no merit. Now if he sued the government for delaying the cut to digital TV thats a different story. Hell, I bought my digital ready TV 2 years ago and couldn't use that feature until this year because of the delay.

In the fall of 2000, some Neo Cons (Bush/Cheney/Rumsveldt/Wolfowitz) wrote a document titled Project for New American Century (PNAC)-A must read by the way. In it, they detailed plans to make America the number one power in the world once again. The void left empty by the fall of the USSR must never be filled by another. This, they say, was a 'opportunity' that they were looking for and one that had to be taken advantage of. Part of the strategy was securing the most valuable resources, which was key to the growth of the US empire. The resources were mainly in the middle east and central Asia. However, "Further, the process of transformation, even if it bring revolutionary change, likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor". Well a little over a year later, they had Pearl Harbor and like they say......The rest is history.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the governor, so your mini-rant makes no sense. The ammo is being made in plants in eastern Europe because it is not US standard ammo - therefore US manufacturers have no tooling to make it. It is likely soviet style 7.62mm ammo for the AK-47.
