A court is keeping Isabelle Jessich in a nursing home even though a doctor says she's sane, sober and fit to leave. Is this how guardianship laws should work?

Where is the story? Reloaded the page 5 times now thinking it may be my machine...everyone else is getting the same thing. Doesn't the Trib have someone checking this stuff? Nice quality control.

I don't need to read the story as we know what the problem is. The legal system is broken. The system is concerned with its procedures, programs, methods and of course salaries, not the people it is supposed to serve.

It isn't showing up - probably because it is important. But if the headline is actually what is happening to this woman, it shows once again how little rights we actually have in this FREE country.

Minnesotans consistently vote to have more government involvement in their lives which means less liberty for the individual.Wait till the health care "reforms" are in place for 10-15 years and you will see a lot more of this.

The people holding this woman after she has been pronounced fit to return home should be ashamed. This is a wrongful imprisonment made legal by the courts. She should be set free immediately and both the guardian and the judge who made the ruling should be reprimanded at the least.
