I would have been utterly shocked if Chilly admitted that spending an entire off-season chasing Favre was a mistake. This is the same man who elected to punt last year against the Titans with two minutes left, no timeouts and down two scores. The Titans predictably ran out the clock and yet Chilly didn't admit to any error then. And then there was the Giants game, where Chilly, still 49 yards away from a game-winning field goal, inexplicably let the clock run from 30 to 9 seconds, costing the team two critical plays that could have gotten them in better field goal range. Longwell's ensuing 54-yard game-winner was most remarkably in that it effectively prevented Chilly from having to explain that horrific clock-management blunder. The Vikings QB situation has been a mess for three years but don't expect Chilly to accept any blame for that one either. Despite multiple blunders, this coach, with his "culture of accountability" that evidently only applies to others, has never once admitted to making a single mistake while coaching the Vikings.

The reality of it is that we are still without a consistent experienced QB, which sums up to lots of mistakes and allot of weight on our running game, and needless to say our defense. Every defense in the NFL is going to put 7 or 8 in box and force us to throw. We will be forced throw on 1st down by our 2nd offensive series and hope to God that our defense can score points. I'm not taking anything away from our running game, it's the best in the NFL but the days of pounding the ball down the field are over. If Sage doesn't pan out our defense will be on the field most of the game again and we end up with injured players as the season progresses. The Packers are going to be allot better this year and this because of the decisions made in the Packers front office. They made Farve decide and we didn't. Soooo now we have to compete with back up Quarterbacks.

Of course he was willing to act like a desperate punk to get Favre. Favre would have saved his job and save Zygi the embarassment of more blackout problems.

Henderson is one of the best middle LB's in the NFL. You're not a Packer fan are you?

Childress is making mistakes on and off the field so often, and he always have a reason (excuse) for it. If Vikings want to go deep in the playoffs, they need a new coach able to admit his mistakes and make correction so the team can improve and go forward.

Henderson is one of the best linebackers in the NFL? Are you his agent? Get serious. Of course Childress regrets the whole mess. He obviously wouldn't go through all that buildup for this kind of finish. He just can't admit to a mistake.

Now that Henderson is healthy, he WILL BECOME one of the best linebackers in the NFL. (Most Viking fans already knew that... Isn't it kinda funny how Bradley keeps telling us things we already knew? It's like, what? When did we get Adrian Peterson? A quarterback battle? Really? Jared who? Glad Phil signed and hope Percy's agent doesn't play around.

Nope, not a Packer fan. Listen, I'm not saying that he's awful, but one of the best hardly fits the description. He's OK, but a star, by no means. AP is a star, Jared Allen, the Williams', Hutchinson, but Henderson? Not at all.

Won't be any worse TJ and he'll get out of the Twins uniform. Holy smokes are we in trouble; it's going to be painful, Vikings fans.
