I vote that the word "uber" be added to the annual List of Words to Be Banished for mis-use, over-use and general uselessness. Ãœber The ultimate, above all, the best, top, something that nothing is better than. I'm Ãœber confused...

if the author had used the "oomlats", or whatever those two little dots are, above the "u" in "uber," I could have handled it a little better. But it's really kind of a dumb word to be using in an article that would seem intended for an intelligent audience who is potentially willing to pay a little more for excellent customer service.

If Delta is truly looking for ways to separate themselves from the pack, why don't they stop nickle and diming us to death. Red-coat: I would love to get you a pillow and blanket, just give me your credit card number so I can charge you. Would you like a drink or a snack? Just give me your wallet, so I can empty it. How many suitcases do you have today? And how much cash do you have? Seems to me that Delta is always the first to raise prices too. If airlines would do their jobs, they wouldn't need red-coats.
