Tennant can't turn water into wine, but it can turn it into an effective and chemical-free cleaning product.

Myhreg: You might want to read beyond the headline. The theory is clearly explained in the article.

Wow, when considering the South Western and Eastern regions of our country are in allocation and or drought rules for a lack of fresh water this could solve numerous issues for them. After scrubbing Costco, I've seen them there, factories, hospital's, even outside malls and airports they can take the machine out and empty it on the grass or garden or even wash a car or truck with it without infringing on the enviroment. And to think that it will works it way into the common household is just an added bonus. Imagine, walls, windows, floors, tables, Gee can I hook it to my sink? At a time when water is becomming a very valuable commodity it's nice to know that some are planning ahead.

All this thing does is spray water on the floor, scrub the floor and suck up the water. Yes it cleans, but using soap works better.

I'm not really sure that all chemicals are bad for the environment. I think there are a lot of environmentally safe detergents out there. And how much electricity is this machine using? Creating electricity isn't always environmentally friendly, especially if it takes a lot of electricity to run this thing. Also, the cost of one of these bottles, $300, could buy a lot of environmentally safe detergents.

To the skeptics. While Liz cam through with a much more positive review of TNC, she did not elaborate into testing that has been done. This new technology has been proven to clean as good as or better than all major cleaning chemicals and detergents on the market. Furthermore, I understand the concern on its use of electricity, but at least support their use of innovation to move away from chemicals - yes, chemicals used for cleaning are all environmentally detrimental. And, the fact that they could, more likely will, move into the private sector with more affordable products - Killingstad just can't comment on pending transaction/acquiisitions, etc (listen to their 1QE earniings call) makes this stock and company look like a winner. 52 week high of 40+ with new technology like this shows a company that has positioned itself well for the future. Congrats Tennant.

This technology is not new, it is new in this application. To "still skeptical", the majority of the machines that this is used on are battery operated, so there is no addition electricity being consumed by the equipment. The benefits of this are numerous, the downsides are none, unless you work for a chemical supply company!
