I just remember one of my college professors told me that carnivores have sharp canine teeth to shred meat. Herbivores have flat molar teeth to grind plants and grass. Humans have both. So, there is your answer to a vegetarian diet.

... go vegan for one month & see how much weight you lose, how much better you feel. And then google "slaughterhouse video" or "factory farm" and see how disgusting the meat industry is... and then read some books about veganism-- you'll convert. guaranteed.
