April 12: Economy is down, and birth control up

Some clinics are seeing more Minnesotans, worried about finances, coming in for IUDs or even vasectomies.

Wow. Easter Sunday, page 1: Children are too expensive! Save yourselves from the bottomless pit of debt that children will drag you into! The Star Tribune never ceases to amaze us. The story claims that men and women are flocking to get birth control and vasectomies. But buried in the article, Planned Parenthood states there is no increased demand for birth control or abortion. No matter that the entire premise of the article is refuted. Here is a chart that shows the crippling costs of raising a single child! I am tired of the Strib's agenda-driven editorial content. It is time for the Star Tribune to go away.
