Has Coleman proven that there were double counts? Has he proven which votes were double counted? Has he specified a remedy for double counting? Is he interested in using that remedy in areas where he did well?

He is fighting a losing battle on those 132 ballots. Using the machine count when ballots turn up missing is a long standing precedent. If the machine count were not used, then partisans could successfully manipulate an election by removing ballots after the count.

I very much doubt that the MNSC will be interested in overturning a precedent that makes sense and hasn't been challenged seriously to date.
