Top bidders get second try at bankrupt Polaroid

In response to complaints the bidding was flawed, Judge Gregory Kishel gave two bidders until this afternoon to make new offers for the instant-photo icon.

But some unlucky business persons and others sure did. And while we're on the topic, wouldn't Petters and investment be considered an oxymoron?

PETTERS WAS USING "PLAY" MONEY! (I just won the updated version of "MONOPOLY" with $295 million in property and cash . . . .and that was more legit that what Petters was using!)

The reciever and the judge are being unfair to the creditors. Whats the rush on the sale? Somebodys pocket is being lined in this deal. The Polaroid name alone is worth more than either of these 2 bids. This reversal to allow another round of bids by the "top 2" bidders is just an attempt by the court to not look like they are totally ripping off the creditors like thay have been doing.
