The article says "The loser will have 10 days to appeal." Isn't it jumping the gun to assert Coleman will have 10 days to appeal? Theoretically, Franken might be the one who comes up short.
That is what the Republican Party is doing in Minnesota and may foolishly do nationally right before the 2010 elections! Senator John Cornyn of Texas says they may pursue it for years but they probably will not have a party next year. He has the automatic weapon! I also guess he could care less whether Minnesota ever has two senators. I think maybe Texas will have one less after that statement.
