How much did the project cost? Would be helpful to know the architect fees and construction cost for those of us who are contemplating a similar renovation. Anyone want to take a stab at it?

Maybe they where ask and decline to share that information. So call a architect and find out what they charge. Lazy????

Great floor plan in the print StarTribune. The only path to the dining room is through the bathroom. Online version is a bit better.

The path to the dining room doesn't go through the bathroom but it does go past it. What I see in the plan online is that it's a small hallway with a closet and perhaps a pantry. There's a pocket door on the bathroom and it appears there's a pocket door for the kitchen too so you can't see it from the dining room. Right click and use the "Zoom in" and it becomes more clear.
