The StarTribune needs to make sure the online menu headline writer can tell the difference between "Hit" and "Hot," as the story headline writer wrote...

I hope my brother doesn't read this story. He'd be beside himself. The church he attends teaches its parishoners that the Earth is only six to eight thousand years old.

Wow, this area was once covered in ice? This global warming thing is worse than I thought! We need to reverse it now!!! ... just kidding. Humans can't do a damn thing about global warming.... we didn't cause it either.

but, that doesn't mean that it is strictly man-made. Such spectacular arrogance is astounding, given the 4 billion years of Earth's existence and evidence of continual climate fluctuations. Caring about the earth doesn't have to be a religion. Al Gore's agenda is pretty transparent, he is not a scientist, but rather a very well-known SALESMAN. I am a former U.S. Forester, I think I know my science. You should care more about keeping your job and the state of the economy. Global Warming taxes will do nothing but make everyone poorer. If you REALLY want to make a difference, everyone (and I mean everyone) should stop reproducing.

Let me guess...I take it, like Palin, you believe those bones can't be older than 6,000 years, either.

You are a forester and scientist...but not an economist nor a paleoclimatologist...can't borrow the expert mantle for all your observations.

Why the comments about global warming?? If you say it isn't so often enough I suppose you think it will be true...or won't be true.

Anyway, I want to know how moose antlers and skulls get deep in a cave!

...Noah found two of each of these animals, and got them into his big wooden ark before the rain started!
