Minnesota and its thousands of citizen election officials conducted the most thorough and fraud proof recount ever. There was no doubting of the final totals. They were less than 1/100 of one per cent off from the machine count. That is 283 votes out of 2,900,000. The same officials correctly rejected all but 1350 absentee ballots. 943 of those have been counted. Most of the remaining 400 were originally rejected by the Coleman campaign. Ain't that a hoot? This so called contest is designed to cast into doubt that outstanding effort by our election officials. It is designed to be able to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court where that same 5-4 margin exists that existed in 2000. Power in the senate could care less about what the citizens of Minnesota did. It is a pure power play to take away a certified election victory from the citizens of Minnesota and deny the democrats another Senate seat. The real power for Minnesota lies in being with the majority not the minority. The democratic vote will be just as powerful as the votes of Specter, Collins, and Snowe. Don't let them steal that from you!
