does not allow runoff elections. That suggestion is getting as tiring as the whole resolution process, and almost as tiring as memorylane and his/her insincere, tongue-in-cheek pro-Coleman comments.

Appoint Barkley to fill the senate seat till the fracas ends - I'll bet that would motivate more serious settlement. Franken is just increasing legal fees for himself and Coleman in hopes that he has more money to burn on lawyers...
