I don't like to give $$ to Northwest in answer to bilking the state out of quite a bit of money dating back to the 80's, and Sun Country has been my obvious choice for years. Go Sun Country! I'm proud to book flights on ya - and thanks to the flight crews who took pay cuts and didn't take it out on the customers -

The employees will get their lost wages back. And I believe that CEO Gadek suspended his pay until this got resolved. Too bad this hasn't happened more often. It appears they have saved their company. Unlike those greedy Wall Street pigs.

After all that Sun Country has been through (and is still going through), turning a profit like this is nothing short of amazing...and it speaks volumes about its employees! What a great airline...right here in our own back yard!

should be forced to follow suit. I am so sick of hearing about airlines going bankrupt, and then turning profit. Congrats to Sun Country and my hats off to the employees! Someone finally came up with a possible solution to the constant struggles within the airline industry.

After years of NWA giving it's customers the bird and the state the shaft, how about a new investor group (IPO) buy this airline and we start running an airline that services the state of Minn.and this region with good quality and friendly service. Maybe the MAC, who has been in the sack with NWA all these years could begin treating sun country with a little respect and a few more gates at the main terminal. Who knows, Maybe another air line in competition with the new goddes of the skies,Delta, would be a good thing?

It's a shame that their not flying to LA or SF during the winter. Those flights were always full when I flew them. But glad to see their making $$. Hope their around for years to come.
