Considering what the nation is going through, it's time to stop the B.S. projects that we don't need. Stop the green roof on Target Center, stop the central coridor project, stop all pork barrel projects and projects that require matching funds from the government. Where do you think that money comes from? I have to cut back, shouldn't the city? Or are they going to say that they are putting people back to work. WHERE WILL THE MONEY COME FROM?

The Green Roof will pay for itself by reducing operating expenses...but perhaps the city can't wait to recoup the money and should go for the cheaper option...for now. The biggest problem is that local government cuts mean more people out of work...more people out of work means my business does worse...which mean i will be forced to lay people off...and the cycle continues...
