U student newspaper to eliminate one daily edition

The Minnesota Daily joins other media in trying to cope with a decline in advertising revenue.

On line newspapers allow for news stories to be followed more intact. Readers can follow the progress of a story or event in one place on the website, rather than try to assemble puzzle pieces over days and weeks. I haven't read a paper newspaper in months, or even years with any regularity.

Perhaps the University of Minnesota administration can learn something from the student newspaper? The problem at the University of Minnesota is not the students.
