Coleman wants just enough to win, but not all of them.....Coleman is Coleman, none too honest or principled....he is a Bush lackey after all!

Coleman is such an idiot to think that he's going to get the rules and laws bent in his favor. He's being a sore loser and he knows he's going to lose this!

I think this bit says it all: > Bill McGinley, a Coleman attorney, offered to include 30 ballots Franken wanted to add to the total if Franken’s lawyers agreed to add the 170 ballots Coleman wanted -- but Lillehaug nixed that offer too.

to only count ballots from Prior Lake if they'd let him. His 654 ballots are cherry picked from conservative districts. And now he wants the court to change its ruling. Because he didn't like it the first time. I guess he really needs this job - he'll need the money and protections it provides when the Feds get him for the Kaziminy affair.

Coleman knows he isn't going to win. Now it's a matter of delaying Franken in court as long as possible.

Note that Norm pulls this when it's 5:00 or later on New Year's Eve....the same way the White House does a Friday dump of news they don't want anyone to hear since few watch the news on the weekend. In other words Norm knows how people would see this and does it anyway. Norm is once again more important than the people of MN.

I bet they are getting quite sick of the BS. The "double counted" vote issue is going nowhere as well. There is no way they can prove it.
