One shouldn't have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to get orders for blood testing services, such as Glucose levels and Cholesterol, or even X-Rays or ultra sounds for for new shoulder or hip or knee or angle aches and pains.

Actually, just calling and getting xrays, ultrasounds or CAT scans scheduled for "aches and pains" leads to a huge waste of resources. Most "aches and pains" go away with conservative therapy with no need for sophisticated medical testing.
