Franken presents affidavits from 62 with rejected ballots

The Franken campaign filed a brief Thursday with affidavits from those who say their votes were improperly rejected. The Coleman camp called that post-recount positioning.

If Coleman's attorney thinks that it is not fair to leave the burden fall on the voter for improperly rejected ballots, then why are they fighting against counting all of the votes?? What a weirdo.

... by the Franken behive have only created disdain now and it's time to give it up- there will be no respect or credibility to a guy who begged, borrowed, and stole to get a seat. Let's just let it peacefully end and be over with as this is starting to grate nerves now.

Not to mention that the cloud will last for six years. It's too bad this wasn't a House race...especially since Norm seemed to become a better Senator as the election drew closer...
