The earlier amount was reported to be only $245,000 - there should have been a bid process that was publicly viewable.

He rec'd unlawful immunity after confessing to false affidavits in eToys, he has all but vanished from being mentioned for his partnership with Petters and now Traub was the 1st one out the door when his other partner, Marc Dreier is arrested in Canada for impersonation to commit fraud. -- then Dreier posts bail and is arrested Again in NY for selling phony Secured Notes with bogus backing - Sound Familiar - www.petters-fraud.com
