Interesting start to the week. I look forward to reading the entire series. However, after listening to Bill Moyers' Journal last Friday evening on PBS and the interview of Michael Pollan, I think you speaking with the likes of Cargil and General Mills is not going to do the average person any good. They ONLY thing they want is to improve the bottom line, not make us strong and healthy. And the food they produce is mainly contributing to the obesity and medical problems we see in this country. My wife and I agree that next spring we are going to tear up some of the backyard sod and begin growing our own vegetables.
