Is there a bigger bunch of arrogant windbags than movie critics? It's like they all have to top on another when it comes to slamming a movie. Especially comedies. If it doesn't trip their idea "art" then to them it's not worth watching, and they analyze it to death. Baloney. Sometimes I'm just looking for a good yuck. So since she gave it two stars, that means I'll definitely be seeing it. Thanks Christy!

Sometimes I just want to let loose and laugh at a silly and stupid movie. I wonder if this had been the exact same movie filmed in Great Britain with British actors if it would have gotten 3 stars.

I'm going to have to disagree. I usually find that the Strib reviews are pretty accurate.

Went with my wife last night. She said she liked it but I barely heard her laugh the entire movie.Same with the rest of the audience, myself included. It's a Meet the Parents type of movie without the cringing while laughing out loud moments and yes, it's predictable (including the first role-playing scene).Bright side - less than an hour and a half long.
