... who doesn't understand the word "tripartisan." Tri=three. The lead says the group spans the political spectrum. John Derus is a Democrat. Proof enough for ya, bud?

There is no fraud here, any allegations to the contrary are just lies in the making! Count and zip the lip!

It seems a simple matter to me. Have watchdogs from all three candidates monitor the recount and do the recount.

One thing I see missing in the proposals, set rules for what counts and what does not. Some would be obvious (unless you listen to a lawyer when it would count for his oponen's side) A circle around or in the name or the circle. A check mark in the circle or next to the name. Does an X count? It it is consistantly being used in the rest of the ballot it is one thing but many people use it to mark an error. I would suggest to the group that occasional Xs, be considered a non-vote. I would suggest that any dot or single stroke be considered a rest or brush of the pen instead of a selection.

How did ACORN mess this one up? I think we need to investigate the incompetence of ACORN. We counted on them to make sure Franken won this election and look what happened! ACORN, you have got one more chance!

Minnesota has rules on what counts and what doesn't. http://www.sos.state.mn.us/docs/recount_guide_2008.pdf Sure there is always going to be some arguing about intent, but not anything like the chad situation since the basics are spelled out.

To keep Coleman's slithering minions from contact with any recount official.

...and I hope it is Franken...I want the process to be transparent. I would not want my candidate to win through any trickery. I want this to follow the will of the people, such as it was on November 4th.
