Rybak wants to use development money to fix Minneapolis streets

Maybe we should spend less public money buying ballparks for millionaires and more money on roads and police services.

The city has not spent any money on the ballpark. That was county money. MAybe the state should stopp stealing all the sales tax money for themselves and give it back to the cities and towns like the original agreement called for.
