I was just about to purchase an airline ticket through Sun Country. Is it still safe to do so? It's a great deal of a ticket and plus I love Sun Country, but I don't want to be screwed out of $350... Anyone have advice?

Petters Corp is going to disappear and this is the only option Sun Country has. They need a new owner soon.

I hope they make it. I love this airline and Humphrey terminal. Just flew to Vegas for less than $200 dollars. I would have paid $300-400. Let's get this taken care of.

mattmi01... it's safe to buy tickets since the charge to your credit card doesn't show up until you've flown. Therefor... please continue to purchase tickets on Sun Country to help keep them afloat! They're so much better than Northwest/Delta in so many ways!!

You love Sun Country...then buy the Sun Country ticket. Sun Country will continue to operate under chapter 11, and they need everyones support until they can secure a new owner. Also, Sun Country does not get paid by the credit card company until the flight purchased operates...what that means to do, is you get your money back if they don't operate the flight, but again, they are continuing to operate their schedule while reorganizing under chapter 11.

Run your company until you drive it into bankruptcy every few years. Petters should be put away for many years next to Dennis Kozlowski. tigger8 - cut back on the caffeine. Not that big of a deal.
