The same people who had the Romanovs executed have been pouring out of Russia for the past several decades--like rats running from a burning ship. Kill the host, rape the economy and natural resources, and then head for the Middle East or North America. And then wonder why the native population hates you.

What's wrong with bringing back the Tzar? At least this one is being reinstalled by popular opinion as opposed to a horrificly bloody revolution.
