AWESOME! Tom, Bob & Diana can all go to jail for years as far as I'm concerned! I ran one of those companies who unwittingly provided "funding" for their "supply chain financing" fund. In 3 months I provided over $34million in funding, but NO that wasn't enough for their greed. I was forced to sell my company & since January I've had to file bankruptcy & I'll probably lose my house. I hope they lose the key when they lock you all up. I'm PRAYING that the FBI will look me up (as I'm sure my name is listed somewhere in the papers seized) & I'll gladly tetstify against them. When all is said & done, I'll be in line to sue all the them! REVENGE IS SWEET!!!!!

I would hate to be the 1st one of these guys going down. Plea bargian or not there are allot of pissed off, ripped off people who want to see these guys punished. The bigger fall Bob takes the smaller one for Petters which would suck cause Petters used everyones trust in his name to make all this go down.

He'll plead to a lesser sentence to testify...he's the 1st major player with a lot to lose...he'll now be the gov't's top witness...that's my guess anyway

For all of you who rushed to judgment... is there a lesson here for us humans?....

This is purely a guess but I would say that anything that Bob agree's to is in exchange for a testimony against petters. My guess is that they are starting from the bottom up because they really want to nail petters. If you read Bob's testimony the majority of the financial benefit went to petters alone.

To "geealready": Is there a lesson for us humans? You bet ya. The age old saying of "if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is".

I still think Petters is going to come out of this with no time, even if he has to flee.

No one rushed to judgement on this one. The evidence in the FBI affidavit which was release to the public this week is crushing for Tom Petters. It must have also been for his Board who forced him to resign in 24 hours and he accepted without a fight. No rush here....just the sound of other shoe dropping.

You're a baffoon of royal order, and, I would surmise based on your post...a liar. You submit that you gave $34 million dollars to Petters and his scheme yet you don't even know the name of his #2 employee. Her name is NOT Diana, there is no Diana. Also; if you were an "investor" why the heck in the world would you be posting here airing your grievances in the court of public opinion where nothing can be done? It seems to me you would be on the phone with the feds making your case. And an even better question: why the heck in the world woud you "invest" $34 million if you couldn't afford your own home? Here's what I think: You are a former employee, probably fired, sitting back thinking about how you got wronged by him when in fact you are a dunderhead who burned all your bridges. In fact; I bet I know exactly who you are. Based on the tone and pure bunk you're spewing I'm sure of who you are. The spelling of "vengence" gives you away, too. You're a narcissist and a dangerous little man. Your ego won't allow you to sit quietly and read this post, your veins are already bursting like a Fourth of July firecracker and you're playing over in your head what your response will be. I look forward to it. Be careful of the attention you ask for, you may get it.
