We might as well just nationialize the entire airline industry, as they cannot operate without any sort of subsidy or concession.

How can you issue a press release just days ago that its business as usual after the raid on Petters only to announce that your solution is to cut everyones pay during the holidays by 50%? How do you convince someone that they should defer their salary during the time of year when its needed the most only to risk getting nothing if they dont make it?

...I can't imagine anyone still working for Sun Country is going to be overly motivated coming to work anymore.

How about if Tom Petters gives up half of his salary? The guy will come out of this unscathed. Ain't that the way it works? All those fancy lawyers will get him out of it with a little time served and a slap on the wrist. Then he'll go back to his McMansion and it will be business as usual.

The Twin Cities needs Sun Country! In addition to offering friendly service and affordable prices year round. Sun Country is the only airline still offering frostbitten Minnesotans direct flights to vacation destinations like Mexico and the Caribbean each winter. Oh, please, let them stay in business.
