harder times require financial discipline and sacrificing luxuries? noooooooooo waaaaaaaay. saving money by bringing your own lunch to work is common sense, which i suppose is why so many people are just discovering it now for the first time and why for some it takes a newspaper article to get them there...?

I've been bringing my own lunches (usually 3 out of 5 days a week) for years...regardless of the economy. Yes, it's much cheaper but more importantly, healthier and you can control your own portions.

I've been a brown bagger ( Atkins Diet ) for years and years too !! I was actually eating my lunch and reading the e-paper when I came across this story. Time to save where I can I guess. Love that Minnesota canned spam by the way !!
