Maybe first Franken should become a tax doer.

Even the national Dems agree, Franken's not ready for prime time. Don't worry Al, there's still a way for you to have a picture of yourself with Obama - PHOTOSHOP.

he'll get on the list early for good staffers if he gets elected. it's good practical operational politics to go and schmooze. Normie won't be there gladhanding. and it won't do any good to go hobnobbing the GOP in two weeks, they're going to take a pounding this election. and an off-color tasteless joke or two won't be noticed among politicians, who are looking at all the off-color tasteless jokes that got appointed to do a "heckuva job" by a tasteless and lazy joke of a president like Bushleague.

Amy's biggest contribution to the US Senate since 2006 was her efforts to block telephone companies from charging early termination fees; does anyone actually KNOW anybody that ever paid an early termination fee? Her second biggest contribution was her effort to require we STOP FILLING OUR STRATEGIC OIL RESERVE! What doesn't Amy Klobuchar understand about the word STRATEGIC? Now with Russia flexing its muscle in the world again, we need to make sure this reserve is filled. Amy Klobuchar and Byron Dorgan, both Democrats, sponsored a bill to stop filling the reserve to placate Americans paying too much for gasoline. They put politics ahead of American security. Amy Klobuchar needs to be a one term Senator and voted OUT in 2012.

Minnesota is proud that Senator Klobuchar has done more in two years than that freeloading Coleman has done in six. From permanent disaster relief coverage for farmers to leading on permanent ethics reform in the Senate. That last one has come to haunt the true slime: Norm and his sweetheart living arrangements (nowhere near his wife...). We can be sure a true family man like Al Franken has the values, brains and moral leadership to also make Minnesota proud!

let's find one thing about norm and run with it because Al keeps giving and giving and giving - Workres Comp, Taxes, Porn, Sexist Jokes, etc., etc., etc. No wonder the national dems don't want him opening his mouth - they don't know what's going to come spewing out of that rat hole.

Franken already knows he hasn't a chance and losers don't get spots on the National stage. Deal with it!
