Wisconsin governor raises $1.2 million in July, has $7.1 million on hand

MADISON, Wis. — Republican Gov. Scott Walker raised $1.2 million in July, leaving him with $7.1 million on hand ahead of the August 12 primary, new campaign finance reports show.
