Wisconsin Supreme Court to release decisions Thursday on Act 10, voter ID, domestic registry

MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin Supreme Court plans to issue a landmark ruling Thursday on the constitutionality of Gov. Scott Walker's law that effectively ended collective bargaining for most public workers.
