Issue #1, the headline misleads us into thinking the schools had no police presence. Issue #2 why does Minneapolis still have two police departments? Jack Germond......

If the GOP has its way you can add two more, Freedom and Justice.

First Freedom. Individual freedom flys in the face of the DFL (socialist) goals of social control and regulation. Individual freedom is contrary to the "to each according to need, from each according to ability (to pay)" mantra of the socialist DFLer. Who is first to enact laws to control what you do and what you do with your property. DFLism is really fascism. The most universal trait of fascism is the yielding of decision making to an "elite" group (usually academics) who "know better". This is the modus of the DFL. It was also the modus of Hitler and Mussolini to name just two. The scary part is both of these guys were really "populists" as are many liberals and both were popularly elected, had great public support. Hitler was an environmentalist and vegetarian. There's a lot of commonality here (fascist/DFL). As for Justice. The common meaning on the left is "equal outcomes". If this is you definition it flys in the face of real justice and freedom. There can never be equal outcomes. If you believe in equal outcomes you are living in a fantasy world and you need help for your mental condition. Real justice is truth. Real truth that is, not the "truth" that each person or group has the right to their own "truths" .. that truth is relative. DFL/liberalism is intellectually bankrupt and morally corrupt.

JJBENSEN...You claim "DFLism is really fascism....Who is first to enact laws to control what you do and what you do with your property. The most universal trait of fascism is the yielding of decision making to an "elite" group (usually academics) who "know better"." TOO FUNNY...sounds a lot like the GOP -- isn't that why they fight gay marriage and claim to be the "moral majority"...because they are somehow "know better" and think we should yield our personal decesions to an elite group (usually evangelicals)????? LOL...take the plank of wood out of your own eye before you point out the splinter in someone elses

Where did I mention the GOP? Nowhere. They do mention moral corruption such as homosexual marriage. Ever see a homosexual pride parade? And blacks? Clarence Thomas and Thomas Sowell are heroes of mine as most of my fellow travelers. What else do these left wing psychos have to say. Oh yes, throw around a bunch of phobias and isms because the truth, logic and factual arguments are not there. This is intellectual bankruptcy. Nice try.

Forget facts lets just accuse the other side of something and run. Your a pathetic right wing nut job. Go spy on your neighbor's bedroom. I would not care except you complain about a lack of facts and then bring no facts to the table. The fact is democrats and republicans have both done good and bad for this country. Have acted in bad faith and have supported policies that would be considered fascist. I assume though that anything the right wing spews out is accepatble to you because it can be cleaned up with cute phrases like "intelligent design". Well I say boo to anyone who is that close minded and blind to their own faults.

A good source of "facts", and a wonderful demonstration of socialist intellectual bankruptcy, can be had in a recording of a debate between Ed Schultz and Michael Medved. An hour and a half recording can be purchased from WWTC 1280 radio for about 10 bucks. Listen it and hear Schultz make a fool of himself. As to your other comments, you certainly obsessed with sex and resentment of religion. God must not have given you what you asked for. I'm not from the evangelical part of conservatism but I do understand, and accept, most of their precepts. Such as the murder of unborn children for the convenience of the mother. Murder is not acceptable under any terms and cannot be morally justified. This is a nation based on Judaic/Christian law and moral principal. Best Michael Medved or Dennis Prager explain this. Get the CD. Listen to them on the radio. Both have written volumes on Judaic/Christian morals and law related to the American Experiment. Then read Thomas Sowell "Vision of the Anointed". Then come back and I'll give you some more source. All footnoted. For now I'll listen to Ed Schultz and Obama and note the scum and fraud, respectively.
