Officials: Gasoline in groundwater caused mysterious odor that led some residents to evacuate

SKIPPACK, Pa. — Gasoline-tainted groundwater caused the mysterious smell that led to a voluntary evacuation of more than 150 homes in suburban Philadelphia, authorities said Monday.
