talk about americans living too sheltered of a life and losing touch with the environment around them. Can we blame the public "education" system for people not recognizing a decaying racoon (or even a dog) with skull protruding?

No, you would have heard about this creature night and day if he had been involved.

It's no wonder that 75% of Americans can't identify Iran/Iraq/Afghanistan on a world map. We've all been dummied down by the media. And no......it's not because we don't have maps as eloquently stated by Ms South Carolina.

I saw something that said the creature was caused by the US Government messing around with things they shouldn't be dabbling in. http://www.astrovera.com/science/time-travel/35-time-travel/51-montauk-monster.html

It is a decomposing larger dog with it's two front legs tied together with what looks like a leather strap. It is horrifying and I really hope the story dies down when people realize what it is and what the likely mechanics of it's ending up in the ocean that way were.

If you see the new pictures you can tell it is not a dog. It has tusk-like teeth. It actually looks like a wild boar. http://www.cryptomundo.com/cryptozoo-news/mm-newpic/
